Sing in
To proceed, please enter the user and password provided earlier, and then click on the Sign in button. Alternatively, if you prefer to create your own user account, click on Sign up.
Sing up
To proceed, please enter your email and choose a password that meets the specified password rules. Once you've done that, click on the Sign up button to complete the registration process.
My Business Profile
If you have chosen to create your own account, please complete the form by providing the necessary information about your small business. Additionally, you can upload an image to serve as your logo.
If you are using the testing account, you will be able to see the Business Profile displayed in the image.
My Customers
If you have decided to create your own account, the "My Customers" tab will be empty. To add a new customer, click the "Add New Customer" button and complete the form with fictitious information. Please keep in mind that this prototype is meant for testing purposes.
If you are using the testing account, you will be able to view the "My Customers" page as shown in the image. On this page, you have various options to manage and filter your customer list. You can order the list either by Name or Ranking. Additionally, you can utilize the filter option to narrow down the list by Person or Business. Furthermore, you can apply the filter option to display customers with a specific Ranking. Lastly, there is a search bar available that allows you to filter the list based on a specific customer name.
My Customer Details
If you click on the customer name, you will be directed to the customer details page. On this page, you can view the Average Ranking and read reviews written by other small businesses. You have the option to order the reviews either by oldest first or newest first. Additionally, you can apply a filter to display reviews based on their Ranking. Lastly, there is a search bar available that enables you to filter the reviews based on a business name or any word or sentence included in the review description.
Search for Reviews
The "Search for Reviews" tab enables you to search for potential customers and browse the reviews written by other small business owners about them. You have various options for conducting your search, including searching for both individuals and businesses. For individuals, you can search by Name and Address, Name and Phone Number, or Name and Email. This helps you find reviews specifically related to a person. Additionally, you can search for a business that is your customer by using the business name and the address. This enables you to find reviews specifically related to that particular business.
To test the "Search for Reviews" options, you can utilize the information of a fictitious customer provided in the table below. Use this information to explore and evaluate the different search options available.

You can also click on the names of other businesses to access and explore their business profiles.
